The serial RS-232 output allows the thermometer to be connected to a computer or data logger to capture and store results. Resolution is 0.1° (from -50.0 to 199.9°F) and 1° (from -50 to 1999°F or -50 to 1230°C) and 1° °. Memory recalls maximum and minimum readings. Press and hold the button to freeze the display for later reading. Dual channels allow monitoring of two separate probes. Dual displays simultaneously display the temperature of both probes or the temperature of one probe and the difference between the probes Values (T1-T2). Traceable to NIST to ensure accuracy.
