Federal Signal Corporation/Industrial Systems Model AM30T Speaker

The Federal Signal AM30T is a transformer-coupled,constant directivity,reentrant loudspeaker ideal for most public address or paging applications. The constant directivity design provides excellent sound coverage across the entire frequency range of speech. AM30T is made from impact-resistant acrylic (U2013 Styrene) U2013 Acrylonitrile (ASA). This speaker's omnidirectional rotating base allows the unit to be pointed anywhere within the 360-00BA half-area range. The AM30T is available in 30–Watts with transformer taps of 30,15,7.5,3.7,and 1.8. A screwdriver-operated power switch is used to select the desired tap. This unit is designed for use in 25,70 and 100Vrms distributed systems. The AM30T's drivers feature a rugged phenolic membrane,1.5-inch diameter voice coil,and edge-center ferrite magnet construction for life and durability under extreme operating conditions. To connect to the AM30T,a 12-inch,phase- and color-coded connection cable is provided. AM30T can be used with AudioMaster CTS series amplifiers and AudioRouter u2122 to complete industrial-grade public address systems.
