BinMaster NCR-84 Liquid Level Sensor

The NCR-84 is an 80GHz radar for continuous non-contact level measurement in liquids. It is designed for accurate and reliable measurements,especially under special conditions of liquids such as excess steam,steam,condensation or surface foaming. The signal is focused on a very narrow beam,allowing precise targeting to avoid obstacles in the vessel such as stirrers,mixers,accessories or heating coils. NCR-84 is also suitable for use in tanks with turbulent product surfaces,viscous and pastes. The sensor is available in threaded,flanged and hygienic versions for a variety of industries and applications,with a plastic antenna option available for low pressure or temperature ranges. The threaded 1-1\/2 version makes it easier to install existing small process accessories without costly installation modifications. Optional ¾ NPT process accessories make it easy to install in small tanks and space-constrained areas.
