Connecting and controlling amplifiers in a networked system has now been simplified with Ashly's NE Series amplifiers. Network Enabled (NE) amplifiers provide ease of use,setup and control using standard 10/100 Ethernet protocols and Protea software. No special outboard controls are required. Eight- and eight-channel models with 250W output power are available for a variety of low-impedance,25V,70V and 100V performance installations or constant voltage applications. Each amplifier also offers DC voltage control of the attenuator,making it quick to control volume from a remote location,preset recall,remote power standby and data input and output ports for connecting accessories such as the WR-5 to control user-selected parameters. There are LED indicators for power,backup,protection,and network communication. Each channel has a four-level signal meter,bridge,temperature and current indicators.
