PCE Instruments PCE-VMS 504 Vibration Measurement and Analyzer

PCE-VMS 504 Wireless Vibration Analyzer with external vibration sensor for measuring acceleration,velocity,deflection,and temperature/optional expansion: up to 60 dispatchers per base,up to 6 base stations (360 dispatcher). The wireless PCE-VMS 504 vibration analyzer detects vibrations in the acceleration range up to 30 g and in the frequency range between 5 and 10 KHz. Wireless vibration analyzers have external vibration sensors that measure vibrations on the machine and transmit these measurements wirelessly to a receiving unit. The sensor can be easily attached to the machine thanks to its magnetic base. Not only does the sensor measure vibrations and transmit the measurements to the computer,but the sensor also recognizes temperatures between -20°C and +120°C. During runtime,the communication server of the PCE-VMS 504 vibration analyzer sends the measured parameters directly to the receiving unit,which then uploads the received data directly to the server. If the system is unable to establish a connection to the server,the measured values are temporarily saved on the receiving unit until the server connection can be re-established. A major advantage of wireless vibration analyzers is that there are no wires,so setting up the system is very quick and easy,and wireless vibration analyzers are able to record vibrations over an extended period of time.
