The PT124B-211 series micro-fusion pressure transmitter adopts micro-fusion technology,introduces aviation application technology,and uses high-temperature glass to melt the micro-processed silicon varistor strain gauge onto the stainless steel isolation diaphragm. The glass bonding process avoids the effects of temperature,humidity,mechanical fatigue and on glue and materials,thereby improving the long-term stability of the sensor in the industrial environment and also avoiding the problems that occur in the traditional micromachining manufacturing process of the sensor. P-N junction effect phenomenon. The higher the pressure range of the micro-melt pressure transmitter (up to 600MPa),the higher the accuracy.
