Thanks to its special spectral range of 5.0 u00b5m,the optical pyrometer optris CT G5 is ideally suited for measuring glass temperatures,for example during container glass production,vehicle glass production or solar cell production.,the infrared thermometer’s stainless steel measuring head is very small and can be used in ambient temperatures up to 85°C (185°F) without additional cooling. Therefore,the installation of multiple pyrometers,e.g. in series as line scanners,is cost-effective and can even be carried out in limited spaces.
