QMC6983 is the first three-axis single-chip magnetic sensor product independently developed by Silui Technology based on Honeywell's AMR magnetic induction technology.
QMC6983 is specially developed for electronic compass applications in smart mobile terminals,inc smart phones,smart tablets,smart watches and smart wearable devices; this product has the excellent characteristics of small size,low power consumption and high precision. The product dimensions are LGA package of 1.6*1.6*0.7 mm3. Digital communication via I2C. The operating current is only 100uA,16-bit analog-to-digital conversion,the resolution is as high as 0.1 milligauss,it can support the high accuracy of 1 degree of the compass,and the data output frequency can be as high as 200Hz. It has significant competitive advantages among peer products. This product has a built-in self-test function and temperature drift compensation module,which provides better accuracy and reliability than existing products on the market.
