QMI8610 is aA complete 6D MEMS inertial measurement unit (IMU) in a small 3.3 x 3.3 x 1 mm LGA package. The QMI8610 features gyro noise as low as 6 mdps/√Hz and low latency in product performance.
QMI8610 integrates a 3-axis gyroscope and 3-axis accelerometer,and can connect an external 3-axis magnetic sensor through the I2C/SPI host to form a complete 9DOF system.
