The RPS-150A analog ultrasonic sensor is housed in a limit switch style housing and is completely self-contained. 20-30VDC power supply,with reverse polarity protection. It also has a wide beam,allowing it to detect a target that is not at a right A flat target can be tilted 35 degrees and still be detected. The RPS-150A has 2 short-circuit protected analog outputs,4-20mA and 0-10VDC. These outputs can be easily inverted and scaled to almost any range by adjusting the zero and span controls. For setup purposes,an LED signal strength indicator is provided. The RS-150A ultrasonic sensor can be used in liquid level and bulk material level control devices.
