The RPS-401 and RPS-426 are stand-alone ultrasonic sensors housed in a 30mm barrel housing and powered by 20-30VDC. Sealed sensors provide protection in harsh environments. The sensor can operate in two modes: proximity mode and hysteresis mode. Used as proximity sensor and liquid level sensor. The operating frequency of the RPS-401 is 4kHz in the 40 to 212kHz range and 8kHz in the 80 to 150kHz range. The RPS-426 has a measuring range of 8 to 80 and an operating frequency of 150kHz. These sensors also have built-in output short-circuit protection and input reverse polarity protection. The construction of the RPS-401 sensor is plastic Valox and the RPS-426 is stainless steel. The diameter of the cylinder shell is 30mm and the length is 100mm. To facilitate setup,an LED indicator is provided. The LED will light up green when not detected and red when detected. The outputs include two solid state relays,normally open and normally closed,that can continuously switch 2-130VAC or VDC to 100mA DC or 50mA AC. Relay outputs are short circuit protected and isolated up to 1500 volts rms. Supplied with standard 6' cable. Optional quick disconnect plug available. '
