SA3844 is a fixed frequency current mode pulse width Modulation controller designed for isolation or DC-DC fixed frequency current mode control applications requiring minimal external components. The internal circuit includes an undervoltage lockout circuit (start-up current is less than 0.5mA), a modified precision reference circuit as an error amplifier input at one end, a logic circuit that can complete the latch operation, and a PWM comparator that can provide current limit control, totem pole The output stages are designed to source or sink high currents. The output stage is low in the off state and is suitable for driving N-channel MOSFETs.
