Teledyne RESON SeaBat 7150 underwater sound transducer

The SeaBat 7150 system features a true integrated modular dual-band design,providing users with the ultimate in resolution,performance and system scalability. The system is configurable for 12kHz and/or 24kHz operation,offering options for shallow water ultra-high resolution and deep water extended range. The modular design allows users to increase system resolution for a job or budget by adding individual array modules. SeaBat 7150 has achieved unprecedented technological progress. Standard features include increased receive beams for greater sound density,automatic mode operation,transmit and receive beam focusing,equidistant and equiangular beam spacing using multi-processing and pitch,roll and yaw compensation. SeaBat 7150 is controlled by 7-P,a high-performance sonar processor that uses state-of-the-art FPGA architecture to manage data flow and signal processing. The 7-P provides a Windows®-based graphical user interface that allows system configuration,control,data export,storage and a built-in test environment (BITE) display to assist the operator.
