The EL-FLOW® Select Series mass flow meters/controllers are modularly constructed thermal mass flow meters with a ‘laboratory style’ pc board housing. Control valves can be installed integrally or individually to measure and control gas flow from the lowest range (0.14…0.7 million Newtons/minute) to the highest range (8…1670 in/min). Standard valves are normally closed and valves with values up to 1.5 Kv are available. Normally open valves also available.
