5. Electrical wiring
The signal terminals are set in an independent cabin of the electrical box. When wiring,you can unscrew the meter cover on the wiring side. The power supply is connected to the transmitter through the signal wire,and no additional wiring is required.
Signal lines can use twisted pairs. In situations where electromagnetic interference is severe,it is recommended to use shielded wires and properly ground them. Do not pass signal wires through metal pipes or in the same trunking together with other power wires,and do not pass them near high-voltage equipment.
Wiring holes in the transmitter electrical housing should be sealed or plugged (with sealant) to prevent moisture from accumulating in the electrical housing. If the wiring hole is not sealed,install the transmitter with the wiring hole facing downwards to allow liquid to drain away.
The signal line can also be floating or grounded at any point in the signal loop,and the transmitter housing can also be grounded or ungrounded.
?Because the transmitter is grounded through capacitive coupling,when checking the insulation resistance,a megohmmeter higher than 100V cannot be used. A voltage of no more than 45V should be used for circuit inspection.

6. Precautions
1. Please wire correctly according to the wiring method shown in the diagram. If the connection is reversed,there will be no signal output due to the protection measures adopted inside the transmitter. The transmitter can work as soon as it is powered on,but the output signal after 30 minutes of preheating is more stable and reliable.
2. The transmitter is used in that is non-corrosive to silicon and stainless steel (except for special anti-corrosion types).
3. The maximum pressure that can occur in the measured system cannot exceed the rated overload value. The back pressure end of the transmitter cannot be directly connected to conductive or corrosive liquids or gases,and the air holes of the liquid level sealed air cable cannot be blocked.
4. It is strictly forbidden to insert sharp and hard objects into the pressure output hole. The diaphragm of the flush membrane transmitter cannot be hit by anything such as your hands.
5. This product is a precision primary measuring instrument. It is strictly prohibited to hit it at will,clamp it with force,disassemble it or poke the pressure hole with sharp metal instruments.
6. If the output is abnormal,stop the machine for inspection. If there is a product quality problem,return it to the factory for repair or exchange along with the warranty card and instruction manual.
7. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the instrument circuit board or other devices.
