Transducer Techniques (TT) SSI Force and Torque Instruments

SSI is a plug-and-play smart TEDS IEEE1451.4 portable load cell indicator. Simply plug in a TEDS-compatible load cell or torque sensor and the SSI automatically calibrates. When used with non-TEDS load cells or torque sensors,the SSI can be set up with a simple front panel push button. The SSI can be scaled to a full 5-digit display counting from 0 to for direct reading in engineering units (such as grams,ounces,pounds,inch-pounds,etc.). The SSI also features unit keys for automatic conversion of load,torque and pressure readings. SSI features ultra-high-speed signal sampling rate of 15,360 samples/second for true peak and/or valley testing capabilities. Autotare allows the meter to be set to zero at any input signal level. The SSI also has a USB port for logging data to a PC. You can also log data to the SSI's internal memory,storing up to 8,000 time- and date-stamped readings. The SSI also features 2 built-in solid state alarm relays with LED and audible indicators. The SSI will run for 65 hours on a single charge,or use the included battery charger in applications where the SSI is installed permanently.
