SCIENTO intelligent water and fertilizer all-in-one machine uses industrial PLC as its control core. It is equipped with a self-developed gateway module as standard. It adopts the fertilizer suction method of Venturi tube, the solenoid valve automatically adjusts the dosing ratio, and is a bypass type water and fertilizer all-in-one machine.

1. Flexible controlThe intelligent water and fertilizer all-in-one machine can increase equipment functions by exp relevant control modules (customization is required).Adding output port can realize remote transmission of equipment status and linkage with irrigation water pumps.Adding sensor ports can realize dual EC and PH detection, and can monitor temperature, humidity, illumination and other values.
2. Proportioning automationA venturi tube is used for proportional fertilizer suction, and an efficient solenoid valve is used for inline control, which can automatically adjust the suction amount according to factors such as fertilizer ratio and irrigation water flow. Note: This function requires adding a main pipeline flow meter (non-standard configuration).
3.Measurement functionMeasure the amount of fertilization and irrigation water, and record the cumulative amount.
4. NetworkingThe standard configuration of the equipment includes a 4G network module and a mobile APP is provided. Data such as operating status and parameters are monitored and controlled through the network.
