The ST75 Series Thermal Flow Meter is a compact,low-cost solution for accurate and repeatable direct measurement of air and gas mass flow. These in-line (short-tube) flow meters have no moving parts and are available in pipe diameters from 1/4 inch to 2 inches,6 mm to 51 mm. Process connection options include male NPT,female NPT and flange connections. These thermal flow meters have a wide 100:1 measuring range,measuring from 0.01 SCFM to 559 SCFM 0,01 NCMH to 950 NCMH depending on pipe size.,the ST75 Series electronics are housed in a rugged,IP67-rated enclosure with NPT or M20 threaded dual conduit ports. The instrument comes standard with dual 4-20 mA outputs and 500 Hz pulse outputs. ST75A and ST75AV models include HART or Modbus,as well as NAMUR-compliant 4-20 mA output and SIL compliance ratings. The flow meter's transmitter/electronics can be mounted integrally with the flow element (probe) or remotely to best suit your installation situation. The complete instrument has global Ex-agency approval and is suitable for Zone L/Zone 1 installations. The ST75 flow meter sensing element features a high-precision,small-diameter platinum resistance temperature detector and equal-mass all-metal thermowell,providing excellent accuracy,repeatability and fast response. V suffix models (ST75V and ST75AV) include a Vortab® flow regulator built into the spool that operates over a limited straight stroke and/or transitional flow range,providing accurate and repeatable flow measurement device
