The stainless steel oil-water separation filter is a pressure filter device. The raw liquid flows into the filter bag installed in the mesh from the feed port and is pressurized. Qualified products penetrate the filter bag and are discharged from the discharge port and enter the next process. Impurity particles are captured by the filter bag. The whole process is simple and easy to replace the filter bag,with basically no material consumption.

◆Regular sterilization,1 to 2 times a week or monthly according to actual usage,30 minutes each time,using clean saturated steam with 1μ filter precision. Steam temperature<140℃,steam pressure<0.3MPa,30 minutes/time,after 50 times of steam sterilization or when the filter element pressure difference reaches 0.07~1.0MPa,a new sterilizing filter element should be replaced.
