The Tension Roller® sensor and the dead spindle roller are combined in one integral unit. No assembly is required. Faster,easier and less expensive to install than separate rolls and sensors. Only one sensor cable – eliminating cable crossovers between racks. Roller diameters range from 2.25" (57mm) to 4" (100mm) standard,with other custom roll diameters available to fit your application. Surface width is 120 inches (305mm). Load ratings are 12 to 400 lbs (55 to 1800N).,the TR Tension Roller® Sensor is also called a Dover Roller,Tension Roller,and sometimes a Tension Measurement Roller by some of our customers. No matter what you call it,it’s the easiest way for printers and manufacturers to measure web force on their press or converting machinery.,no assembly required!
