TK505G6 is a digital pressure sensor module,which adopts a circular packaging structure with an air nozzle. The pressure sensor adopts isolation technology between the sensor surface and the contact measured medium,and integrates a digital compensation processing chip to control the sensor's offset,sensitivity,temperature drift and non-linearity. Linear digital compensation,compensation principle: based on the bootstrap stabilized power supply voltage in the chip,using the fixed resistance as the reference,through high and low temperature calibration processing,it solves the errors caused by temperature changes and structural changes,ensuring that every Sensor accuracy requirements. The TK505G6 digital pressure sensor module is small in size and easy to install. The output digital signal be defined according to user requirements. communication method:

The MCU supplies power to the sensor,and then receives the sensor data in a single bus mode. You can just turn off the sensor power when you need to save power.

Under normal communication,the MCU can collect sensor data regularly as needed. It is recommended to collect sensor data every 20 mS.

The communication protocol is as follows:

for single-wire interface:



The single-wire interface uses pulse width modulation to encode data. PWM encoding does not require data frame synchronization. The code rate of the data receiver can be automatically changed according to the code rate of the sender,allowing the communication code rate to be changed without configuration.

Valid data bits always start falling,with a logic '1' using a 75% duty cycle and a logic '0' using a 25% duty cycle. The starting bit of the data packet is always the "start" bit,with a duty cycle of 50%.



Single-line communication data format description:


The sensor usually has a single bus in the input pull-up state. The host initiates communication and first gives a 0.1mS low pulse. Then the host enters the input pull-up state and waits for the sensor to send data. After the sensor data is sent,it returns to the input pull-up state.

The sensor sends data,data format:

Pressure high bit (1BYTE) + pressure low bit (1BYTE) + check code (1BYTE)

Check code = (pressure high bit + pressure low bit) If there is overflow,keep the lower 8 bits of data as the check code
