Introduction

The TMR2501 uses a unique push-pull Wheatstone full-bridge structure design,con four unshielded high-sensitivity TMR sensor elements that magnetic fields perpendicular to the chip surface. The Wheatstone full bridge provides a differential voltage output when the applied magnetic field changes in a direction perpendicular to the chip surface. In the range of -55℃~+150℃,the sensitivity and offset voltage of TMR2501 can be maintained at a stable level. TMR2501 has excellent performance and comes in two packages: TO94 and SSIP4.
