The key component of the float level transmitter,the magnetic reed,adopts imported original parts,with reliable performance and service life. UQZ-210 float level transmitter is suitable for sewage treatment in petroleum,chemical,papermaking,food and pharmaceutical industries and for liquid level measurement in various open or closed containers. The wetted parts of the controller are all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel,which has strong corrosion resistance;
The UQZ-210 float level transmitter consists of two parts: a liquid level sensor and a transmitter. The sensor consists of a stainless steel protective tube equipped with a magnetic reed tube and a floating ball equipped with magnetic steel. The magnetic float of the sensor moves up and down as the liquid level in the container rises and falls. It uses induction to make the magnetic reed in the protective tube move,thereby causing a in the resistance of the linear resistor. The transmitter converts the resistance into a standard 4~ 20mA or 0~10mA current signal output.
