ABB Process Automation Division Uvisor UR600 IR Flame Detector

The UR600IR is a self-test detector specifically designed to detect individual burner flames in atomized oil and pulverized coal fuels. The UR600 infrared supplies the detector control unit Uvisor MFD with a raw flame signal that is significant in amplitude and frequency (flicker) of infrared radiation detected in the main combustion zone. A unique algorithm developed by the control unit Uvisor MFD analyzes the flame raw signal from the sc head,providing reliable detection of the target flame and excellent differentiation between background and adjacent burner flames.
