The VB21 intelligent ZigBee temperature and vibration composite sensor is a new type of data acquisition system that replaces the traditional piezoelectric analog output sensor. The system is based on the wireless ZigBee protocol and can form a self-organized network to form a point-to-point or star network topology.

This product is waterproof, dustproof, easy to install and maintain, and the wireless digital signal transmission method eliminates noise interference caused by cable transmission. The entire measurement system has extremely high measurement accuracy and anti-interference capabilities. It can form a huge wireless sensor network and support up to 200 measuring points for testing at the same time.

The collected data is wirelessly transmitted to the central server. According to on-site communication conditions, the outdoor visual communication distance is 300m (open and unobstructed environment).

The vibration data of the device is collected through the sensor and wirelessly transmitted to the gateway. The gateway transmits the data to the server through transparent transmission using the WAN/4G interface.
