Our innovative measurement system allows vibration measurements on handheld tools thanks to autonomous sensors that require no wiring during the measurement process and are connected to a PC at the end of the working cycle The docking station downloads stored data from the sensor. The software allows to automatically calculate and display workers' exposure to arm vibration in 2019 and illustrate its comparison with the limit values and action values defined in the vibration directive. In order to cover the entire range of existing hand tools,two sensors were developed: one for ordinary vibrating tools and another dedicated to high-impact tools showing high levels of vibration (up to m\/s2).,our measuring equipment can be attached to any type of tool and is currently the only one capable of making precise vibration measurements without disturbing the worker's work with annoying and fragile cables. Special versions of the sensor are designed for measurements on high-impact tools.
