WISER TC platform and WISER TC platform products provide application-specific wireless solutions for challenging measurement tasks. The upcoming WISER TC platform products will involve automotive,aviation,energy and industrial applications.,WISER TC2-K,WISER TC2-K system is the first product in the WISER TC series,which is designed for wireless temperature measurement and monitoring of automotive brake rotors. Designed to be installed directly inside the wheel hub,the WISER TC2-K features these key problem-solving features: The WISER TC2-K consists of three subsystems: the remote unit,the base unit and the software interface. The remote unit consists of data acquisition electronics connected to two Type K thermocouples,a transceiver,and a long-life battery. Custom designed mounting plates allow mounting on any specific wheel hub or application. The base unit contains an antenna and receiver and plugs directly into a PC USB port for use with the software interface,or into power and data acquisition systems via its four analog outputs. WISER Data Viewer software is used for system configuration and calibration,real-time monitoring and data logging.,TECAT’s WISER system is the smallest,lightest,most power-efficient solution available. WISER TC2-K’s remote control unit measures only 89 mm x 42 mm and weighs 350 g. Low power consumption extends battery life for uninterrupted testing,while the non-invasive design allows for unit disassembly without altering the unit under test. For extreme hub environments,the system provides ±1°C accuracy over the operating temperature range of 40°C to +1000°C.
