1: This instrument is suitable for: Parshall trough,rectangular weir,equal width weir,and triangular weir.

2: This instrument can select the following flow measurement units: kg,m3,L,T.

3: Input signal → special ultrasonic probe → specially equipped by our company or taking into account 4 ~ 20mA input

Product installation：

As shown in the figure below,the probe can be installed upstream of the weir groove or above the still water well. After the instrument is installed,some parameter settings need to be made:

1. Select the weir and trough type according to the site. You can directly select Parshall trough and triangular weir. Our company will inform you of the parameters of rectangular weir and other weirs with the instrument.

2. Enter the probe height. For Parshall trough,it is the distance from the bottom of the trough to the probe surface. For triangular weirs and rectangular weirs,it is the distance from the zero point to the probe surface.

3. In the 4-20mA setting,set 20mA to correspond to the maximum flow rate.

4. Set other relevant parameters according to the site (see instrument debugging for details).

Installation Precautions

1) It is recommended that the instrument be reliably connected to the earth,that is,the leftmost terminal (with a ground symbol) is connected to the earth.

2) Although the meter itself has a lightning protection device,when the meter is used in areas with frequent lightning strikes,it is recommended to install a special lightning protection device at the incoming and outgoing wire ends of the meter. 3) If the instrument is used in a particularly hot or cold place,it is recommended to install high and low temperature protection devices around the liquid level instrument.
