80GHz radar level meter solid dust level sensor
80GHz radar level meter series products refer to frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar products operating at 76-81GHz, supporting four-wire and two-wire applications. The product has multiple models, the blind zone can be up to 8cm, and the measuring range can be up to 120m.
Product main features
- n Based on self-developed CMOS millimeter-wave radio frequency chips, it achieves a more compact radio frequency architecture, higher signal-to-noise ratio, and smaller blind zones. It is not afraid of the attenuation of radar echoes caused by steam and dust; it can still achieve stable measurement of materials with weak reflection characteristics/low dielectric constant.
- n 5GHz working bandwidth enables the product to have higher measurement resolution and measurement accuracy.
- n Minimum 3° antenna beam interference in the installation environment has less impact on the instrument, installation is more convenient, and it is more suitable for conditions.
- n The wavelength is shorter and has better reflection characteristics on the solid surface, greatly reducing the dependence on the universal flange.
- n Supports remote debugging and remote upgrade, reducing time and improving work efficiency.
