Sensors based on the laser triangular reflection principle on the market,whether point laser triangular reflection or line laser triangular reflection,use mostly red lasers (red lasers work in a range close to the infrared spectrum and have wavelengths) (660nm) and high intensity characteristics). Because red lasers have been in development for a time and are often the most cost-effective. However,sc sensors using red lasers are not very effective in detecting high-temperature objects,highly polished objects,and organic materials. The blue light scanner ZLDS202 (blue) series is specially used for non- Contact measurement and inspection of surface contours,dimensions,classification and sensing technology objects,3D model construction. The difference between ZLDS202 (blue) and ZLDS202 lies in the different lasers used. ZLDS202 uses a 660nm red laser,while ZLDS202 (blue) uses a 405 or 450nm blue laser. Blue lasers work from the other end of the spectrum,which is closer to ultraviolet,making them shorter wavelength (405nm) and less intense. This means that compared to red light,blue light penetrates and diffuses less on the target surface,resulting in a clearer and more stable focus.

ZLDS202 (blue) Blu-ray scanner can be equipped with built-in heater and cooling system (air/water cooling system) so that the 2D scanner can operate under low or high temperature conditions. Blue light scanners equipped with built-in heating and cooling systems can operate in a temperature range of minus 40°C to above zero 120°C. In particular,the cooling system option is very necessary for the detection of high-temperature objects to be measured,because the thermal radiation of the object itself will cause the temperature of the surrounding environment to increase. Without the protection of the cooling system,the accuracy of the sensor measurement data cannot be guaranteed and the sensor itself may be damaged. Additionally,you can use the ROI feature,which increases the scanner's operating frequency within a limited operating range of up to 20,000 Hz.
