The ZP4KS16Gx series pressure sensor uses patented MEMS micro-differential piezoresistive chip, and is paired with a high-performance signal conditioning chip to calibrate and compensate for temperature and pressure.
The packaging form adopts SOIC-16 surface mount package that complies with the industry JEDC standard. It has a single air nozzle setting and is suitable for patch welding on printed circuit boards. It is flexible for customer applications.
The ZP4KS16Gx series pressure sensor has an optional range of -10kPa~+10kPa, supports analog output, and is suitable for industrial and medical fields.
