MSP®, a division of TSI (Shoreview, Minnesota), is an instrumentation and equipment division that creates products for pharmaceutical inhaler testing, thin film deposition in semiconductor device manufacturing, and particle deposition in semiconductor device manufacturing.

We are known around the world for our expertise in micro- and nanoparticles and their creative applications in research and manufacturing.

Our products are user-friendly and designed as productivity enhancing tools for aerosol research, pharmaceutical inhaler testing, and thin film deposition in semiconductor device manufacturing. Our facilities total over 425,000 square feet dedicated to product development, manufacturing and customer support.

TSI's researchers and engineers have been awarded more than 50 patents and have a proven track record of developing instruments that are first-in-class, unique and best-in-class.

Participation in society and standards committees has long been a priority for TSI.
