Johnson Controls (China) Investment Co., Ltd.

Johnson Controls established a factory in Guangzhou, China in 1995 and officially entered the Chinese market. Currently, Johnson Controls has approximately 9,000 employees, 9 manufacturing plants, 3 R&D bases, more than 40 offices and more than 100 sales support points in China. In June 2017, Johnson Controls Asia Pacific Headquarters Building was completed and opened in Shanghai, China, becoming China's first "triple certification" smart building - three-star China Green Building Design Label certification, IFC-World Bank Group EDGE (Excellence in Energy Efficiency Design) certification and the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) New Construction Platinum certification. Since its opening, this smart building has received more than 17,000 visitors.
