Our highly automated processes enable us to manufacture cost-competitive, high-performance products that meet our customers' needs for reliable supply chain management. Our vertically integrated design and manufacturing capabilities provide customers with the best prototype-to-production lead times and support in the industry. With this infrastructure in place, US Digital is well-positioned to handle continued growth in the future. We have a mature quality management system that adheres to ISO 9001:2015, supporting the drive for efficiency through our continuous improvement process.

In 2016, the company conducted an inspection of its cleanroom manufacturing and assembly plants invest Expansion to support future technologies and increase production capacity. This cleanroom is an ISO 7 (Class 10000) environment and meets or exceeds the conditions of ISO 14644-1 and Federal Standard 209E.
