The Sensidine Series of general-purpose 4-20 mA transmitters includes 2-wire and 3-wire versions,three closure styles,and third-party approval for intrinsically safe installations. A variety of accessories,inc jackets and sampling equipment,complete this special product line. The transmitter automatically recognizes all SensAlert® sensors and displays the gas name,engineering units and value. Also,it performs linearization and temperature compensation based on the data stored by the sensor. This will provide accurate,drift-free measurements over the widest range of environmental conditions. The user interface (MMI) is magnetic and functional testing and calibration is menu driven,starting with \u201 capply GAS and with CAL normal. The new calibration data is written to the sensor memory and used to continue accurate operation.
