LORD MicroStrain Sensing Systems DEMOD - DVRT®-2 Vibration Measurement and Analyzer

LORD MicroStrain® Displacement Variable Reluctance Sensor (DVRT®) systems can be used for precise micro-position measurement in a variety of applications. The DVRT® system provides precise,repeatable measurements of everything from slow,gentle movements to high-frequency vibrations. Each system consists of sensors,cables,and signal conditioning modules that are calibrated as a unit to ensure accuracy is maintained throughout the entire sensing solution. They are calibrated with linear,multi-segment and polynomial fits,so the interpretation of measurement results can be scaled to best suit the application requirements. Inductive,non-contact,sliding and spring-loaded sensors are available in various stroke lengths. They all have a high linear stroke to body length ratio and fit into spaces that are too large for traditional LVDTs. The sensor is rugged and capable of operating millions of times in extreme heat and corrosive environments without ever performing. LORD MicroStrain® offers three versions of signal conditioners,inc a stackable module (LORD MicroStrain® demo-DVRT®-ABP-4CH) for multi-sensor applications; a compact,low-cost,module; and a temperature compensation module,for temperature gradient sensors. Available data outputs include analog voltage,serial and wireless data transfer.
