1 Overview


OSA-35Y fluorescence dissolved oxygen sensor is online digital sensor newly developed and produced by our company. It adopts imported components and advanced production technology and surface mounting technology. It has IP68 waterproof rating and the cable is seawater-proof. It can be directly put into the water. There is no need to add a protective tube to ensure long-term stability,reliability and accuracy of the sensor.

Fluorescence dissolved oxygen sensor is based on the principle of quenching active fluorescence by specific substances in physics. The blue light emitted from a light-emitting diode (LED) illuminates the fluorescent material on the inner surface of the fluorescent cap. The fluorescent material on the inner surface is excited and emits red light. The phase difference between the red light and the blue light is detected and compared with the internal calibration value. Compare to calculate the concentration of oxygen molecules,and automatically compensate the temperature and pressure to output the final value.

3 Scope of application


This product can be widely used for continuous monitoring of dissolved oxygen in solutions such as chemical fertilizers,metallurgy,pharmaceuticals,biochemistry,food,breeding,environmental protection water treatment projects and tap water.

5.makeHow to use


(1) Sampling: Take representative water samples according to sampling requirements.

(2) Determine dissolved oxygen in water samples: first rinse the electrode three times with distilled water,then rinse three times with water sample,then immerse the electrode in the sample,carefully the test cup or stir to accelerate the of the electrode,and let it stand until the reading is stable. Note the dissolved oxygen.

(3) If it is inconvenient to take a sample,you can also put the electrode into the solution being measured. After the measurement data is stable,read the output data. After a period of time,take out the electrode and clean it.

(4) After measuring the sample,rinse the electrode three times with distilled water,and place the electrode back in the protective solution.

Note: When measuring multiple samples,the electrode should be cleaned before measuring the next sample to avoid affecting the experimental data.



6 Precautions for use


(1) In order to ensure correct measurement of the electrode on the pipeline,data inaccuracy caused by air bubbles between the measuring cells should be avoided.

(2) Please check whether the packaging is intact and check whether the product model is consistent with the selection.

(3) Do not perform wiring while the power is on. After the wiring is completed and checked,power can be turned on.

(4) When using,do not arbitrarily modify the components or wires that have been soldered before the product leaves the factory.

(5) The sensor is a precision device. Users should not disassemble it by themselves or contact the sensor surface with sharp objects or corrosive liquids to avoid damaging the product.



7 Product warranty


The warranty period for the sensor part of this product is one year,and the warranty period for the electrode is three months. Counting from the date of shipment,within the specified warranty period,our company will be responsible for free repair or replacement of failures caused by sensor quality problems (non-human damage). After the warranty period,only the cost will be charged.
