Introduction


The automobile exhaust UV differential NOx gas measurement optical module (portable version) reduces the size of the spectrometer and eliminates the optical fiber based on the standard version. The module is more integrated and compact,and is more suitable for the development of portable instruments.

Principles and characteristics


When the UV-visible continuous spectrum emitted by the light source passes through the sample gas con the gas to be measured,the light energy of a specific wavelength is absorbed by the target gas in the sample gas. The absorption of light (absorbance) is proportional to the concentration of the target gas. Spectral analysis and chemistry are used to The metrology method establishes an empirical curve between the differential absorbance calibrated in the laboratory and the target gas concentration,and calculates the target gas concentration in the sample gas in real time based on the differential absorbance of the measured sample gas on site.


The product adopts an original designed new multi-reflection long optical path air chamber. The incident light is refracted multiple times by the concave reflector in the air chamber and finally converges to the light outlet. Since the light beam in the air chamber is reflected by the reflectors fixed at both ends.,the air chamber wall does not participate in the reflection of the measurement beam,which can avoid signal drift,sensitivity loss and other phenomena caused by the aging of the traditional inner wall reflective air chamber,ensuring the stability of the optical path in the long-term use of the air chamber. Using multiple reflection technology,small size and long optical path can be achieved at the same time,and the optical path can be customized according to application requirements.
