Network Enabled (NE) amplifiers provide ease of use,setup and control using standard 10/100 Ethernet protocols and Protea software. No special outboard controls are required. Eight- and eight-channel models with 250W output power are available for a variety of low-impedance,25V,70V and 100V performance installations or constant voltage applications. NE series amplifiers are available in two ways: standard input (with euroblock connector) and pe (with euroblock input connector) and world-famous Protea DSP signal processing. The DSP signal processing library is extensive,using two SHARC 32-bit/96kHz processors. Processing blocks include graphic,parametric,notch and shelving EQ,high,low and all-pass filters (HPF/LPF/APF) with up to 48dB/octave slope,delay,compressor/limiter,gate,dive,automatic leveler,gain and signal generator (sine wave,white noise and pink noise). Full matrix mixer with assignable allows any input to drive any or all amplifier outputs. Presets can be used to store and retrieve global parameters for the entire amplifier's control surface and DSP sections. In addition,each amplifier offers DC voltage control of the attenuator,which allows for quick control of volume from a remote location,preset recall,remote power standby,and data input and output ports for connecting accessories such as the WR-5 to control User selected parameters. There are LED indicators for power,backup,protection,and network communication. Each channel has a four-level signal meter,bridge,temperature and current indicators.
