ENMET P&N 10013-4001 gas transmitter

P\/N 10013-4001,EX-5130 sensor/transmitter,used for reactive gases in hazardous locations. The AsH3Ex-5130 series sensor/transmitter uses electrochemical cells to detect target gases. These batteries consist of electrodes,an electrolyte,and an air/liquid separation barrier. To allow the reactive gases to reach the sensor,remove the normally sintered metal disk from the front of the sensor. The sensor is connected to an internal intrinsic safety barrier. Gas molecules enter the cell and,as a result of oxidation/reduction reactions,produce an electric current proportional to the gas concentration. This current is measured,regulated,converted into gas concentration,digitally displayed and transmitted as an output signal of 4-20 mA. ENMET offers Venturi-type gas samplers and a variety of multi-channel controller/alarm modules that provide 24V DC power and receive 4-20 mA signals from sensors/transmitters.
