SONAPHONE M is designed to quickly,reliably and cost-effectively detect seal failures and detect the smallest leaks within compressed air systems and networks,vacuum systems,industrial equipment and machinery,and restricted-access covered ducts. Ultrasonic inspection devices enable early detection and avoidance of potential damage and the resulting cost savings. Regular inspection of engines,pumps and gears with SONAPHONE M increases operational reliability and guarantees a higher degree of machine availability. Flow noise can be used to check the tightness of valves,slide valves and traps. Optional add-on ultrasonic transmitters can control the sealing of windows,doors,cabins and equipment at virtually no additional cost. Noise and wear caused by defects in various mechanical components and rotating machinery can be recorded electronically. In addition to all individual and continuous test procedures,all anomalies can be transferred online to a PC and presented and archived in graphic and tabular form. An efficient integrated data logger enables fast data transfer between the device and computer via USB interface. An additional optional temperature sensor allows measurement and simultaneous recording of surface temperatures up to 800°C. SONAPHONE M has a user-friendly display and logical PC software menu navigation.
