SONOTEC SONAPHONE RD Leak Detector

SONAPHONE RD ultrasonic detector detects minor leaks and sealing failures quickly and easily. Mobile handheld devices safely and accurately locate leaks in compressed air lines and steam,gas and vacuum systems. SONAPHONE RD can also be used to inspect tanks,pipes,valves,gates and traps. This affordable device provides reliable early detection of damage to plain and roller bearings,as well as electrical insulation faults caused by partial discharges. SONAPHONE RD has optional backlit digital display that shows ultrasound levels. This is particularly useful for comparison testing and regular maintenance inspections. The SONAPHONE T ultrasonic transmitter together with SONAPHONE RD is used to detect leaks in non-pressurized systems: the transmitted signal escapes through the leak point and is located by SONAPHONE RD. SONOSPOT parabolic probes are used to detect leaks and partial discharges over distances.
