Visual Sound SZ480 Audio Amplifier and Preamplifier

Samson Technologies Corp.,the Samson SZ480 is a dual-rack space,four-channel industrial power amplifier for distributed power applications. The SZ480 is capable of outputting 120 watts RMS per channel into 4 ohms,or 80 watts RMS per channel into 8 ohms,but can also run at 70 or 100 volts thanks to a high-performance internal toroidal matching transformer. SZ Series amplifiers feature a Class D power core,peak and guard metering,front panel level control and safety panel. The universal power supply operates at 100-240 volts at 50 or 60 Hz and has a power correction control circuit to adjust the input power so that the amplifier always delivers peak performance. Intense power supply filtering of high and low frequencies prevents noise and pristine audio quality. To ensure maximum flexibility,the SZ series includes Euro-style block input and output connectors for all connections. Convenient dual-rack space steel enclosure easily installs in standard 19-inch racks. The SZ Series features advanced technology,clear sound,lightweight and reliable performance,making it ideal for any distributed sound system installation.
