Sensor-e® SO2 uses proven fluorescence principles combined with state-of-the-art microprocessor technology to provide precise and independent measurement of low levels of SO2. Excellent stability is achieved by using an optical knife to compensate for PMT drift and a reference detector to correct for changes in UV lamp intensity. A hydrocarbon chip and advanced optical design are combined to prevent interference caused by reduced accuracy. Multi-tasking software provides real-time indication of a wide range of operating parameters and provides automatic alarms when diagnostic limits are exceeded. All instruments in the Sensor-e-U00ae series include extensive built-in data acquisition capabilities using the analyzer U2019s internal memory. This allows recording of multiple parameters (more than 500,000 records),inc numerical or instantaneous values, calibration data and operating parameters such as flow, pressure and lamp sensitivity. Stored data can be easily retrieved from the RS-232 port via Sensor-e.com software or the front panel, allowing operations to perform predictive diagnostics and data analysis capabilities by tracking parameter trends. The sensor-e-u00ae SO2 combines lighter weight, rugged construction, ease of use, powerful diagnostics, modular design and superior performance, making it the ideal tool for today's air monitoring requirements.
