Hoffer Flow Controls Transi-Flo I Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Hoffer ultrasonic flowmeters of the transii-flo Type I single-beam and double-beam series are used to measure the flow of conductive,non-conductive and corrosive liquids. The working principle of the ultrasonic flow meter is to measure the time difference between the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the direction of fluid flow and the direction of fluid flow. A flow meter consists of a flow sensor and associated electronic components. Ultrasonic flow meters offer outst user value and high measurement accuracy over a wide range of flow rates,long-term stability,negligible pressure loss and the ability to measure flow in virtually any liquid medium.,the electronic units of both ultrasound probes are powered and,through their\n outputs,communicate flow data and other data processing systems. The meter is available either as a complete system or with a remote electronics unit. The instrument is available in three configurations: Select (includes a display unit and control keyboard,signal output),Classic (includes a display unit,signal output) or Active (signal output only). In the integral version,the electronics unit is installed in an aluminum housing,while in the remote version it is installed in an IP65 thermoplastic housing.
